I was really saddened to see how many elderly people were struggling with the kiosk. Literally 3 patients left because they were unable to maneuver through the process. I think this should not be in there, due to the age of the patient that are serviced there and are not tech savvy. It was awful !!!!! Not one person in receptionists area would come out and assist. I have been coming there for years and I have never experienced such nonsense.
Had to ask the ENT Daniel Martin to check her ears, spent 3 seconds on her nose and gagged my special needs adult daughter with the tongue depresser. Seemed like he had no interest in helping my daughter. When I asked if he could check her lungs because she’s been wheezing he reminded me he’s and ENT and “I guess I could try and find the stethoscope .” Would not recommend going to see him again.
