Every step of my experience at Henry Ford Cancer Institute has been 5 star. The staff are friendly through the whole building, entrance to exit, they go out of their way to greet with kindness. I've been blown away at the quality of care from each doctor. To truly feel listened to, and to have health matters explained to me in terms I can understand has been a comfort & blessing. This cancer center is outstanding. They continue to do the best they can to help my Dad continue to win the battle against cancer. Even the welcoming staff does a phenomenal job. Thank you Henry Ford Cancer Center for your expertise and concern. I want to give a special shout out to everyone here who had a hand in helping or treating my father Andre Moore. I believe your team here will have him cancer free in no time.
2/1 It seems that the whole of the Henry Ford Health System has taken tips from Wayne County as to how to handle telephone calls. Ie: You can't talk to anyone or leave voicemail. The phones ring, and ring, and ring. Patients are referred to as "consumers." And the "manager" of "Consumer Experience" can't be bothered to return phone calls either.
