We were in the check in process for my husband, he had his blood work, covid test and vitals taken. We filled out our paperwork when we were told he tested positive for COVID. The nurse said, you need to leave, see you in 10 days. We literally walked out is shock. NO Direction, no supporting paperwork for suggestions with withdrawals. If you are there at the center, ready to check in to help with your alcoholism and you are asked to leave because of covid (which we understand the reasoning), but nothing as far as suggestions... read more

My mother, who is a 40 year alcoholic was denied admittance after a phone screening and a mandatory hospital visit to determine wellness. They said they wouldn't take her because of medicare criteria. I strongly suspect they denied her because she has medicare and they don't receive as much revenue compared to private pay or normal health insurance. Incompetent staff who determined they knew the severity of her addiction better than myself who's been dealing with it for 40 years. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY.
I have to agree with the person that posted this facility is about collecting a paycheck snd not serious about recovery. As well as the statement about this facility having no long term plan. My dads been in and out of this rehab 5 times this year because it's the only thing his insurance covers. They don't have legit psychological help either.
