I called asking if A psychiatrist from their facility would be willing to work alongside my therapist who is outside of the Henry Ford health system. The receptionist talked about me in a little voice where she thought I couldn’t hear her. And basically made me feel like I was stupid for asking that question.
Very scary something so important such as mental health is ignored like this. God forbid, the next shooter, beater or suicide could be going here and if this is the way they treat patients? We are in trouble. I've now seen my 8th parishoner who went to this place, and they are a wreck!!!
Worst location don't waste your time I was seeing Kathleen Kraft. I had a scheduled appointment then they changed it to a one hr appointment which I never spend a hr with her so it's most definitely about my insurance paying out more. I'm thinking the new appointment was at 4 to my surprise I missed it because they scheduled it for 2 so of course I'm going to be charged 25 for missing my appointment. I can not believe what I am reading. I thought I was the only one having trouble. I had a video meeting with Paula Goldstein CNP for 15 minutes,my out of pocket was $375.00. I questioned her about the time spent and was transferred to someone else that is going to charge me another $375.00. Please don’t use the name Henry Ford Hospital if you are going to treat me with disrespect and take my money.
Absolutely pathetic… maybe been able to see a doctor MAYBE twice a year. Constantly cancel and push out appointments… my wife is CONSTANTLY without medication because they do nothing. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
