Make you jump through 10000 hoops just to make another excuse why they can't let you see anybody. Ridiculous. Been trying to get an appointment for a year and they just come up with new excuses every time I finish another requirement.
I was initially thankful I found them as I love Henry Ford Health systems. My whole family goes here. So on my first video appt that took 1 HR progressed, the dr said they were typing in the scripts to send over to the pharmacy during our video call. Mind you Im on medicare and had to stretch out my medications because my old dr no longer accepted my insurance. I am now waiting 3 days past my appointment.
