The woman at the front desk was beyond rude. I always out my appointments in my calendar . So when it came to this I did as I always do add it to my calendar . The morning of PT I got up and headed in to the office. Walked in and was greated by the woman with dark hair and glasses. Gave her my name. This is when she told me my appointment was yesterday .
