Drove 3 hours to see my mother in pro op, they would not allow more than one person. They would not allow my sister to come out and switch. Not family centered, I worked in a level one trauma center- this is not patient care. I hope the lady can take comfort that she was only allowing one person in pre op and I couldn’t give her a kiss.
