this hospital absolutely sucks. most of the people are rude there. had to go there the past few days to visit a family member after having a heart attack. the lady who works at the counter in the emergency room with the cross tattoos behind her ear was extremely rude and not understanding. i watched her walk behind patients and mock them because they were walking a little slow and i just can’t believe she got away with it. it’s a shame this hospital needs to do better. not only that but my mother hit the call button in her r... read more
It pains me to write this because my family works in health care but this hospital is horrible. Arrived at 4am by ambulance with a possible ruptured appendix. No examine rooms available. No one checked on her for an hour! She was doubled over in pain and could not sit up. This felt like a third world country! Patients treated in the lobby by number, not even called by name. I was told by a male nurse to tell him what meds i wanted. Because they were going to busy with games after 10 pm. Yep they kept me up playing. I was the patient. The same nurse told me to shut up and get in my room. 10 am
