It makes no sense to me that your dr can't see u but a hospitalist , that knows nothing about you , they don't listen to you , at all worst experience of my life by far . Never again will I come to this hospital. I will gladly drive to Chelsea , u of m or sparrow where the dr actually care about you and know what they are doin 😡
Not worth saying henry ford has screwed this up so much made a mountain of chaos out of a already chaotic situation.
Spent 11 hrs.in the ER with my 83 year old mother yesterday waiting and waiting and waiting. Not just for tests -- just waiting for everything. Not even acceptable on sooooo many levels. Too many negative things to list all of them here. NEVER again!!!
Best emergency room experience I have ever had in my life if there is such a thing ,they got after me quick and they were very thorough the staff that was on board when I was there was absolutely stellar. Simply outstanding
