My wife and I traveled to Henery Ford Jackson hospital for exactly the care we received. Approximately 3 months ago she was diagnosed with late stage coronary artery disease by her PCP. Knowing we were not satisfied with hospitals more local to us we started a very quick deep search for the perfect cardiology team. The Hospital Er or inpatient has a chronic bed shortage and understaffed. I have not needed to go to the Er for a few years and recently had to take my mom we were in the waiting room for 6hrs that they are trying to treat patients because they have no rooms I feel very sorry for the few staff trying there best my sister said it looked like a 3rd world country, finally got a room they were worried about a stroke after 6hrs . The hospital can’t handle the number of patients
I went there 2 nights ago with severe abdominal pain, i was seen so quickly and i truly loved every nurse that helped me, they made everything better, when i got my ct and found out i needed my appendix out, i got a bed and got surgery early that morning, the pre op nurse, the surgeon and everyone talked to me though everything and i felt so safe with them, of course surgery isn’t fun, but i couldn’t ask for better care. 💓
I'm actually Afraid to go to this place. The last time I was here they treated me like Crap! If you can go elsewhere I suggest you Go! Not a Good place at All! I feel the Evil as soon as I enter here. Bad place,Very bad place!
