I am extremely disappointed with the care my wife have received at Henry Ford Women's Health. Despite being 20 weeks pregnant, they forgot to submit an order for her ultrasound, and as a result, she have yet to have one. This is a crucial aspect of prenatal care, and their oversight is unacceptable. Moreover, they failed to notify her when my glucose sugar result was high. I had a prenatal appointment today. I’ll be 35 weeks tomorrow. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45. No one was sitting at the desk in front of the window, but when I walked up there was a lady off to the side that asked me if I was checking in, I said yes, she asked my name and told me I was all set, so I sat down to wait.
