Friendly and personable service from the office receptionists!! Unfortunately, I waited 1 hour in the reception area to be seen. The receptionist was trying to get an ETA but mentioned that there was still 1 person ahead of me. I'm naturally a patient person but 1 hour at a doctor's appointment when I arrived prior to my appointment time is ridiculous.

Medical team that truly cares, and it shows..henry Ford system hands down winner of hospitals offered in southeast michigan!
Good hospital, good doctors, good nurses. They are attentive and I have a complicated medical history but the doctors were thorough and did 4 MRI's ,Ct scan, blood work and a chest x ray during a recent emergency room visit. I finally have some awnsers, and I liked the Neuroligist I was able to meet at the hospital and already had a great follow up with. Dr. Isaac Turner had some creative, intelligent awnsers to my medical issues. Henry Ford is a much better hospital than Ascension- I know from experience!
