The process was seamless and informative from the call I received to set up the procedure to being wheeled out the door after the procedure. The initial staff member who set me up for the appointment covered every detail and had my flush medicine ordered quickly. Upon arrival to the appointment I was met by another professional staff member who covered the check-in; again seamless and informative.
