Great service. Power went out from trees neglected from years of vacant. They cut all trees back from lines. Great crew clean it up. The only problem . I want to go all electric, boiler, hot water tank. More environment friendly. But the company doesn't give incentive for discount of electricity price. Something they should provide.
I had a tree fall on my power line at my driveway. I called and within 30 minutes the crew was there. They replaced or repaired approximately 200' of wire on my property. They even cleaned up their mess and cut the trees out of the road for me. Absolutely awesome crew . I was only out of power for about 1.5 hours. My generator was the backup and I had no issues. Kudos to the crew and to the workers and personnel . I am very grateful and a customer for life!!
RecommendedNew member here and had a question about my bill. I wish I would have gotten the CSR’s name. She was AMAZING. Prompt, courteous, positive, and knowledgeable! She answered all my questions, help me make some changes on account, and did it quickly and efficiently! Big thanks!!

I've never had any issues with this location, but I've reported a tree being down on my electrical wiring twice over several weeks and nothing has been done about it.
Always answers our needs. Kind courteous service and staff.
Very good service company. The only fault is that the monthly charges are so high. Would be nice to have lower electric bills
