My family and I went in to get a price for a headstone for my father, who recently passed away. It was a very stormy and windy day, which caused a loss in power at this location, which we were not aware of until we arrived. We were basically told that everything was digital and that nothing could be done for us. In fact, the young lady working in there said, "I'm not going to even draw anything up for you because I can't get an exact price."
