My daughter was seen last nite in the ER and was told she was constipated, what a joke, she has been admitted to Ball due to the ulcer in her stomach, with severe vomiting and pain with swelling in her abdomen
Yesterday we had a wonderful experience with Dr Pat Maier! He was thorough, efficient and quick!! He made my daughter comfortable and got her out of their fast. He was very polite and showed great concern. Our nurses were just as wonderful! Deborah and Eric, thank you both for your kindness and comforting attitudes! Just a great experience overall!
I think the staff was great but I have cardiac issues they can't handle we just bought a house in Newcastle and we're hoping that they did cardiac care but they don't, maybe they will start
Wonderful staff and facility. Excellent time management and experience. We just moved here and I am very happy with my first few visits with my son in need of care. 4 out of 5 stars as I feel the facility itself could continue to grow and possibly have more resources for children in the future. 5 of 5 stars for the staff!!!!
My experience was as pleasant as you can get at an ER. The wait was not bad and the care was awesome. I realized there were people sicker than I was there. Just had to have patiences.
