Under staffed Therapists are wonderful! EvenSt. Thomas in nashville did not recommend plumley due to staffing!
FOURTH time my Mother has fell in a few day's over a week. I even hired an agency to sit w her 12 hours overnight. Nursing staff has 3 day shifts. One group is great, the other not so much. They claim they're so short staffed, but when I'd go for a leg stretch at 3 am...funny how the staff would all be sitting behind the desk looking at their phones...I'm thankful I can bring Mom home, before she has yet ANOTHER fall, and hurts herself, because they " do not have enough staff" to monitor everyone...
great staff....some of the night staff need to smile more but rehab staff is top notch.What I like most was the cleanliness.Doesnt smell like a stank nursing home.Beware of grey sausage tho...bring ur own to ur loved one if u want them to have fried sausage..its terrible.
