We had great hope that Henry Co Flooring would do a great job. However, we have been greatly disappointed. We were told 2 wks for our project to start after payment of the first 50%. We did that then received a call 1 wk later that it would be another 5 wks. 4 wks later we began getting calls asking for the remainder of the balance as they stated our floor had been installed and they had not revieved payment.
