We bought our brand-new manufacture home in August 2021. In the 4 years that we have been the first ever owners we have encountered: The microwave buttons didnt work. It took 6 months to get someone to address this and come fix it. The master shower wouldn't drain correctly. I called a plumber and he pulled out a huge wad of plastic from the drain. Bought a preowned home, unaware of the grinder pump issues plaguing the neighborhood. Henry Homes is aware the pumps they have installed are not adequate to access the Gulf Breeze sewer system reliably. 43 PSI pumps for a system that requires at least 70PSI. Homeowners here are being ignored and left to replace the $3200 pumps on their own to have reliable sewer service.

I just love my new home and neighborhood at Heathers Place. The entire experience was great from sales manager Shawn to Donny the construction manager, both very customer oriented. From The quality of construction to all the features this home provides, I recommend Henry Homes and and very happy I chose to have them build my new home
