Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. Incorrect billing, incorrect statements. No one answers the phone. Sales people don't return calls. Takes customer service days to respond. We've been buying the products for many years and each time they go through a merger with a larger company the worse the service gets.
Warning !!! .Henry does not stand by there warranty. Customer service very rude. Jump through hoops . Over an hour of paper work . Over 2mo no satisfaction , going in circles on replacement product. After 3mo many hours of emails and phone conversations. Steve helped resolve the problem in less than a hour.
