Came in the middle of the night. All staff was polite, comforting, and understanding. They all communicated well and made sure that I was comfortable. The entire visit was 2-3 hours. That included triage, initial exams, tests, and results. Compared to my experiences at other Hospitals this was a great one.
Got a bill from them and they never tried to bill my insurance. Just me. Then they proceeded to try and teach me how the VA works instead of doing their job and billing the va insurance the first time.
