If I could give a zero I would! We seen Dr. Rachel Courtney and she would not listen to our concerns, and when we got irritated and rolled eyes she's stood up and walked out. I've never seen someone be so unprofessional!! Get doctors that actually care!
I called to try and get results from a very serious blood test. And the lady on the phone was ABSOLUTELY RUDE And was no help whatsoever. I asked to be forwarded to someone in the lab who could help me out and her answer was “well they won’t be able to help you with that” it’s not what she said it’s the way she said it for me which was very condescending.
The book This Is Your CONSEQUENCE will be coming out soon. Learn your rights!!!!! When I was taken to the e.r. on Dec. 24th, 2024 it was under the impression I was only going to TALK to a therapist. What transpired later was a sheer nightmare. I'll spare the details of my being basically ignored, having to scream for water all while staff passed up and down through the halls laughing I mean I work in the medical field and I was taught that is not how a staff should act especially around those receiving care / those dying! Don't go to the ER here unless you are having a 100% chance of an emergency because you will be treated with so much dismissiveness it's sickening. My last 2 visits have been horrible. After today I will NEVER have anything to do with this place again. Was taken to er room by triage and told to gown up and my nurse would be in shortly... 45 minutes later I still had not been assessed or seen any signs of a nurse or provider in my room period. This hospital is unprofessional beyond belief bad mouthing home health and telling patients that their emergency room visit is Unnecessary, when no one should ever talk bad about any other health professional. They work with.I do not recommend this place
