Out of 38 homes with the exact square footage of my home have sold within the last 6 months. EXACT homes! These jokers gave 5 comparables. Two were lesser homes with less square footage, one was zoned church and the other two had just been listed for sale and recently put onto the market. Not sold but for sale. So out of the 3 comparables two were lesser in size and quality while the third was similar but zoned CHURCH! This appraisal company does not know the difference between a three bedroom house and a four bedroom house ! Never in my life have seen anyone take measurements with the tape measure tucked up under their arm and not once using it ! I been in the construction industry for over 20 years as a painter and have measured the square footage of thousands of homes and always used a tape measure!! Don't know how a 11 x 14 screen porch measures 10 x 10 !!! ????
