The best rheumatologist I ever had but has retired 😕
Dr Henry, Michelle and Sandy are all incredibly welcoming and efficient. I was impressed by their whole body approach to my wellness and care, and I feel that each one listens to my questions with genuine concern. Their sense of humor is off the charts as well :)
I'm not sure where to start. The front desk staff member was extremely unprofessional and rude. She communicated to me in a very short and annoyed manner several times during our encounter. The equipment used within the facility was antiquated. I felt very uncomfortable being told I would not be seen and hearing the front office staff and nurse converse about me placing me in a negative light.
