Ammending this review and decreasing to 1 star because the wait times are WAY TOO LONG & calls to the Dr and mishandled 9 times out of 10. I hate it because i love the doctor. Haven’t even been there yet but my mom has an appointment tomorrow am and they have been so kind and patient with me in getting my mom in. I will share how the care is going once we visit.

These are the most sincere medical bills I have ever met in my 60+ years. No matter how many times I have been here,every person here is always professional and polite. They could train others in the treatment of all patients and family at all times

Dr Taylor in Hinesville office is a great patient Dr. But his front end girl named Sasha has no business working with the public. Very rude and condescending. Asked if she could change the TV channel and she asked why, (I was the only one in waiting room) I said I prefer not to watch a documentary about elephants and she says "well were not watching the news" and says "I'll just turn it off" AND SHE DID! Just rude, plain rude!
