you could improve by having a few appts open each day for people who have a non threatening emergency but yet serious enough it can't wait, how do you tell someone who cannot urinate to wait until Thurs afternoon when it is 8am on Tues, this is not service for the people, and we shouldn't have to go to Med Express or Emergency room for this because we can't get a urine sample come on!
I think it a great medical building the staff is a very good group of very professional Ladys. I was early they invited me in and made me a cup of coffee. I Love the way the building is designed. I lived in Philadelphia washington Dc& andSilver Spring Md . We do not have a adult medical Center like this. Great building , great staff of very professional people . Great coffee. Where my grits sasages 4 slices of toast and hazenut coffee. Thank you Bishop Melvin Douglas Spivey.

They take months to apply a sliding fee scale so you're getting bills for full price with them hoping you'll pay them before the sliding fee scale is applied. They'll tell you they do full dental service but after the appointment, we were told the person who needs work has to go to another dentist because they no longer do extractions. We were up front about the fact that he needed most if not all of his teeth extracted and were told they'd be able to do it. As a 1st time visitor I wasn't told the proper documents to bring in or money amount needed. Very unprofessional not friendly at all.... I wasted my time going to my appointment and I will not be going back!
