Would give it no stars if possible. Agent did not advertise nor did she try to find buyers. She said she didn’t have to do this because everyone uses the internet. When she did not sell my home in 3 months, I changed real estates. She was furious. I went to Douglas Elliman who sold my home in 3 days! The agent told everyone that my house was a disaster which it was not. DO NOT USE HENRIETTA HOMES! PS. They lost the key to my home. That was the icing on the cake.

My girlfriend and I were taken by an agent to a listed property, but the agent didn’t speak to highly of the space and quickly brought us to another, more expensive property that had little in common with what we were looking for. The agent then told us that an offer had been made and accepted in less than 24 hours on the property we had originally intended to visit. Probably a common real estate tactic, but one that was done with very apparent dishonesty.

Completely horrible! If your trying to sell a shady house, this is your team! They will put soap suds in the sink with 15 sponges to hide the grime. They will hide illegal extension cords in the walls, they will have no clue if the dingy carpet has hardwood underneath and they will attack you for asking. If you are selling, go for it.. unless you are honest. The people we bought from were liars about everything. If you are buying, run far and fast!
