The place has no active ventilation sytem, risk of choking. Mold is an issue. Laundry machine is inefficient, staffs are unprofessional . Dirty basement. Host of other issues.
When I moved there, it looked okay. It has free heating and hot water services which made it appealing. However, I soon realized the place has no active ventilation system. Many times, I and my wife felt choking due to lack of fresh air. I contacted leasing office to know if there was a switch that regulate ventilation but was told to open the window in order to make air come in.
