I was there in 2023. If I could give zero stars I would. They overcharged me and had to pay me back money after I called my insurance months later. I called and left many messages in the portal and verbal messages with the assistant to get help. Never once did my messages get delivered correctly with accuracy and then I was made to feel like I was the problem because they wouldn't do their job correctly. Dr Ford just prescribed meds No other help. I don't recommend them at all.

Extraordinary understanding and it is client focused. Mrs Ford really is helpful and positive. I am longer seeing Ms. I am seeing Dr Evan’s. I think that without her wisdom, care, and knowledge I would be in a terrible place in my life. Her understanding of medication and of my issues have been a blessing. She is very patient with me, taking all my concerns and helping me through my struggles. I am so very thankful. I believe that I am receiving the best care available
Love Dr Evans. No matter what’s going on she makes sure I get whatever support I need and I’m not treated as just a number. I am able to leverage Dr Evans’ prior military experience as a Black Woman when discussing work issues because she can actually understand what I’m feeling and how to process it. Dr Evans gives sound coping mechanisms and treats the whole body holistically helping to get to get to the root cause of your issue and not just treat the symptoms.
I have been with Ruth Evans for several several years now. She always takes the time to listen. She is a wonderful doctor and I appreciate her and her staff so much💗
