friends and family @ henrietta animal hospital ive been taking both my dogs to dr. brownstein for their whole lives. As a client ive become friends with the entire staff. They have become more than just a medical utility but a family. I found their prices more than reasonable and any disatisfied review is a diservice to their hard work and care.
Great I was so impressed with the team at Henrietta Animal Hospital. They were very kind and compassionate in caring for our favorite Cat, Pork Chop. I would recommend them to anyone. They have fair pricing.
Vets People need to understand that owning a pet can be costly. But you took on that responsibility when you took the animal under your care. I have known Michelle and her staff for a while, and they are almost like family to me. They always take care of my dogs and cats very well. The hospital is clean and full of hospitality. The complaining is unessisary. If you don't like the place then don't go there. OR if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. : - D ~John Edwards ~
Compassion and Expertise I have been taking my dogs to Henrietta Animal Hospital for 17 years. There, I have found compassion, expertise, patience, and professionalism without question. Dr. Brownstein and the staff always will go the extra mile for their patients. It's more than worth my trip from the other side of town.
A great vet at a decent price. Although they are one of the only vets in the East Henrietta area, I have never had a problem getting my pets in for their checkups and shots. They always provide a warm-hearted service at a resonable price. On one instant they even let me come in 15 minutes after they closed since that was the only time that would work for me at that point in time. Simply great service!
Responsive vet I am new to the area and took my two dogs to this vet. She seemed knowledgable, and was very responsive when I had an emergency a few days after our 1st appt. She is not super-talkative but seemed to be a nice person who loves animals. She was very caring towards my dogs, and reassuring to me. Her staff was friendly and very good with the dogs. Her prices are high, but I've learned over the years that you get what you pay for.
Stellar Service Rochester's best kept secret..this "small'" small animal hospital is tops in my book...the vet took my late night call aboout Jasper, my best friend who just happens to be a dog... the vet comforted me and gave great advice...I avoided a large emergency fee and saw Dr. B the next am..front desk was warm caring and the techs were compasiionate and efficient.. And I didn;t spend a lot either..I thought the fees were most reasonable Thanks Henrietta Animal Hospital for taking care of Jasper KUDOS!!!
