Arrived at 4 AM with severe abdominal pain, was taken back immediately. CT scan within the hour confirmed a previous surgical seam had ruptured. They consulted my original doctor who had performed the surgery and by 7 AM I was prepped for surgery with her to repair. Whole team from ER nurse and doctor, imaging tech, OR team, and recovery staff made me feel heard and kept me calm during something scary I was dealing with by myself.
Move through the emergency room very quickly less than 15 minutes
Not that I love going to the ER BUT I love this hospital and all the stay everyone is always so nice and supportive, I’ve also gone for 2 unplanned induction and they were so great and caring I will not go anywhere else for labor or the er
