Had a very bad experience here. Dropped off my Volkswagen Passat as it was having electrical issues. They had it for two full days and I heard absolutely nothing from them. When I called, the man on the phone told me that he didn’t know anything about what was going on and that he would call me back in an hour after talking to the mechanic. i wish we caught his name but the mechanic with the “wrenchman” tattoo really went above and beyond for us today when we unexpectedly needed a new tire on a road trip. everyone was so kind and made a bad situation feel so much better.
These guys are awesome. My car broke down on Highway 35 on the way to the boundary Waters. I had the car towed to them and they looked at it right away. They were very helpful and super compassionate – my engine was toast. Not a great situation or a happy ending, but I would absolutely go back to them and trust them with car maintenance. These guys are the real deal! And it’s who my tow truck diver also recommended them. 5 stars.
Was a loyal customer for years. Never an issue. Had to swap out tires and almost choked over the bill. Got no explanation from the mechanic, just "it's the price" .Bill had no category breakdown just the cost. I've had engine repairs and suspension repairs that were more than fairly priced. Now apparently a few extra bucks means more to them, right now So be it, never going back.
Awesome service and spectacular customer service. Thorough with identifying and explaining what was wrong and fixing the issues. Very nice. 10 out of five stars
