Had a tire get punctured on my drive from the north shore to the cities. They got it patched and back on my car less than 20 minutes after calling them to see if they had an opening AND it was super cheap! This place saved me today, very grateful!
Great guys
Got my tires changed here, and they said I needed new brake pads — said they were at 10%. I got a second opinion and they are actually at 70%…… Beware!
I am livid to the point of tears. Heading on a road trip next week and had the van detailed on Friday. Brought it to Henricksons for oil change and service on Monday and now it REEKS of cigarette smoke!! It’s 40 degrees but if I don’t have the windows down I feel queasy. Three car seats in the van, too We’ve previously had excellent service here. Noticed a change after Casey left.
