The woman who owns and runs the center is unbelievable rude. They charge ridiculous monthly fees for what is essentially a shoe box.
I am so glad to be back using HFC after a very long hiatus. Job changes, and later multiple surgeries, kept me away for YEARS. Having tried some big chain gyms in the interim, I really appreciate the warm intimate atmosphere. Lindsey is so knowledgable, and has been patient and personable reintroducing me to Nautilus machines, helping me create a routine that is beneficial and safe. I feel lucky to have access to this kind of facility so close to home (Weare).
