I didn’t feel valued during the sales process. I spent most of my time waiting. They raved about providing a full tank of gas at the end, but I didn’t get that. It was at the end of the night so I feel they were ready to go home bc I didn’t get a review of the vehicle.

I went to several dealerships before going to Hennessy due to how far it was from me and I was ready to give up on buying a truck. Hennessy was amazing, the customer service was phenomenal and they really worked at trying to make me happy and get me in something. I ended up with a nicer truck than what I had planned to buy and even got my payment lower! They have earned my business for life, I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car anywhere else! 100% recommend them!
The visit to the car dealership left only positive emotions. The consultant Milas was very friendly, answered our questions and helped us choose a car. The next day when the purchase of the car was scheduled before our meeting, he was in touch all the time, even when we decided to take a car of a different color, the employees and Milas were polite and friendly and made a quick replacement. Had a horrible experience with Mike over in parts he is not good at customer service. I can’t count on my hands how many times he huffed and puffed and felt he was not interested in finding a part for me a just very rude. It got to the point where he couldn’t find the part and offered me to go to the eBay myself to look for it when I called y’all and got the truck from you guys.
