I am a proud owner of a 2024 Mazda CX90 and overall, the vehicle has not disappointed although, some improvements can be made, but my review is on the service department. I would think that as you look to elevate the brand with redesign of your showrooms and vehicles, that you should maintain all standards of excellence. I can tell you that I've gotten my vehicle serviced twice and both times I had to bring it back for careless mistakes. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR OR BUY A MAZDA FROM THIS LOCATION. I came for a software update and left with an engine light that tells you all you need to know. Very, very bad service.
