Andre was super helpful and efficient. I really appreciate how prompt the service was. That said, please tell the tech to turn the tire PSI diagram right-side-up next time. I need to make another stop to fix this.
The service rep Mike..gets a 5 star rating..very attentive but the mechanics just dont cut it for me...they said my tires were good, but the rear are cupping. They didn't return my wheel lock, and a different service rep did not attempt to help me locate the wheel lock while my rep was out. When Mike returned (a few days later) he took care of my concerns.
Place is a absolute joke worst service center members
They did a great job. Johnathan called me and kept me informed they found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend working with Johnathan. Thank you all.
