Specifically told the service advisory that I did not want to replace the cabin air filter if the labor was going to be over $100. They did the service then charged me $120 without consulting me first. Parts were also left on the floorboard, requiring me to reinstall them myself. 5 star prices with 1 star service.
All staff members, including Andrew, Calvin, Kreg, and Nick were eager to assist. The finance manager was still working at 8:20 on a Saturday night to complete our sale and had one more to assist. No one rushed us and Calvin stayed until the end with us.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Andrew (the sales manager) and Carl (salesman) were amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable and no hassles! I will definitely be returning should I ever need another vehicle! Thank you Andrew and Carl for all your help! Y'all are AMAZING!
This dealership is definitely not your typical one. The experience was outstanding professional, respectful of my time, and no annoying back-and-forth trying to sell me things I didn’t want. I simply shared what I was looking for, and they delivered. The process was so smooth that I ended up purchasing a brand-new 2025 Lincoln Corsair in just a few hours, and that’s only because I was browsing around. The Corsair itself is pure luxury sleek, refined, and loaded with features. My salesman, Chase, did an excellent job!
