This past weekend, I purchased my brand new Lexus RX 350 with help from Jon Lee. He went above & beyond trying to help me decide between a Lexus NX and Lexus RX. Though it was a busy Saturday, he took his time with me and my fiancé as we worked through a decision. Hands down they offer the best customer service you can receive from a car dealership! Very caring and accommodating.
I had a top notch experience. Danny Hu was exceptional, knowledge and top customer service. He went beyond the call of duty. The service manager took accommodated me and thoroughly expected the car with me. The finance coordinator was fast and thorough and worked with me regarding the rate. I love my new car.

Just picked up my car after having recall service done. Was given a loaner and when I picked up mine I had a full tank of gas and a clean car (inside- raining outside). Austin is fantastic.

Out of 3 different Lexus dealerships, their parts department was the ONLY dealership that actually put for the effort to try and identify then order the part I needed. BRAVO TO EVERYONE IN THEIR PARTS DEPARTMENT!

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and before I could get home it started puttering and had to stay in shop almost 2 weeks. Then the day I pick it up I find my console broken and was told there was no way anyone could have done this. I had no cosmetic issues when I brought it in. I was then told they would repair it and it is going on a month with no response to emails or calls. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of during this time. I now have to seek legal remedy.
