I recently purchased a Lexus through your dealership, and I was informed that it included a soft-close door feature. However, upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered that it does not have this feature. In addition, I was surprised to learn that I am being asked to cover the return shipping costs. My mother and I had a terrible experience at Jaguar Land Rover Duluth, and people deserve to know how customers are being treated here. My mother went in ready to purchase a vehicle and instead was immediately treated like she was committing fraud and couldn’t afford the car. The sales agents, Johndaniel, David, and the Asian guy were rude and dismissive and literally told my mother, “it says you’re fraud, you have to call Equifax,” and then walked away from her. Worse customer service ever. My mother came to buy a car here and they made it seem like she was committing fraud. David or Daniel and the sales person Johndaniel then changed their attitudes when we explained that Hispanic people have two last names and in order to get a credit report you have to include both. If you’re a minority or don’t fit their idea of a customer don’t buy here, they will treat you as if you can’t afford it or if you’re fraudulent. If I could give zero stars I would.

Be advised: the current group of service advisors (and immediate past within the last 8 months) will lie, twist the truth and cover up issues with your vehicle. That includes people like Keeyata Hale (service advisor), Jorge Morchio (service manager), and even the blond receptionist there (whose name I didn’t get). At this very moment, a request for callback is being ignored. This place is utterly rotten. Go elsewhere until this current group moves on (which they always do because turnover is very high).
