No stars for these shady thieves. Took a 2011 Honda CR-V for service because the AC was not working properly was only cooling mildly. Also mentioned that there was a noise also coming from the compressor. They gave a repair price of $2100+ We agreed to the repairs with expectations that the AC would be fixed. When we picked up the car, Ac was not cooling as expected but gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it needed some time to cool more. Do not buy used cars there. I repeat, DO NOT buy used cars at Honda Hennessy, in Woodstock GA. I bought a 2014 Honda Accord, with 73k miles. for $21k. 4 months and 5k miles later, a noise came from front left wheel area. I took the car to Honda Hennessy service for inspection ($170 fee) and they suggested a $5000 repair -which I could not afford. They offered me a trade in. I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. My service representative, the fabulous Diana Zussman, was off today, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting equally good treatment from a "substitute." They are always good to me here, they check me in promptly at or before my appointment time and get me out timely, as well, with explanations about what is needed and what is completed. They made the buying experience fun and easy. Dave Smith worked with us. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable about every model we looked at. He was patient and understanding. Top notch service from everyone involved including the manager, Michael and the finance manager Eric. We are a Honda family. We have three Honda’s now. Never bought from Hennessy but went there because we had a bad experience with another Honda dealer. Highly recommend. Ask for Dave Smith.
