Victor Fernandez was very helpful throughout the process. He did an amazing job and was very attentive. I’m extremely happy with my CR-V — it was a great experience. We went to another dealership and left with a headache, but Victor made everything really easy for us!

I like the car but not the dealership. Bad on me for trusting that the paperwork they handed me the day before was what would be on the contract. Bad on them for telling me I “had” to buy the add ons then taking two of them off the contract and over charging me the advertised price on the appearance package to raise the amount to the agreed price. Not a member of better business bureau either!
