The representative Nikki made sure I understood what was going on with my car. She even offered to have a ride set up for me to go home as she was not sure how long the service would take. After my car was serviced Nikki explained the tire situation and how much it would cost. Nikki went above and beyond with her customer service, and it is appreciated.
The dealership had to replace a trunk latch as a part of my purchase agreement of the vehicle. The services were provided expeditiously. The team was very professional. The replacement of the latch was done while I waited. The staff in service was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to our long-term working relationship.
