It's never easy dealing with death, but they made the process as easy and smooth as possible. It really meant a lot that my sister wouldn't be transported all over town, that they got her and kept her through the whole process of the cremation. I love that they offer so many opportunities to keep something of her, whether it was a lock of her hair, digital fingerprint to have put on accessories, the keepsake ash pendants and they even let us some of her ash seperate to make into other things.
