I used to be a patient of Dr Hennessey over a year ago and went to get a biopsy of skin tags. I waited close to an hour to be seen and made a complaint to the front desk despite me being the very first appointment that the doctor confirmed himself. After a biopsy was performed and incision was made, he had to seal the wound by cauterization. This rating has nothing to do with the any of the providers but has everything to do with their office communication. I have been a satisfied patient with them for almost a year with the same insurance and went to my scheduled appointment today. However upon checking in, they notified me that they no longer take my insurance. I did not receive a phone call regarding this and they even called to confirm my appointment. I traveled an hour from brooklyn just to turnaround and to home. Do what you may with this information but i... read more
