Lack of communication is astounding, one nurse there plays mind games with your health care!
I've been going to this hospital for six years, and while it used to be excellent, the past year has been disappointing. There have been frequent errors in handling my blood and urine samples, and they don't communicate about it. I have to call them repeatedly and schedule another appointment for the labs.
Staff is very helpful
