This place is a Nightmare! I cannot even begin to put into words where to begin. Walked In for a family member looking for Emergency help. Unclean, Staff is Horrible and unprofessional wait times are ridiculous they don't Help you at all but only provide you Over the counter Painkillers l WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE EVEN IF YOU PAYED ME a better ER would be Recommended Eventually we had to go to a different Hospital and they helped us Thank God am I grateful

Terrible terrible experience. Understaffed,no communication, cheap.. patients treated poorly. Trash . I'm surprised this place is still running. Doctors don't care, nurses don't listen. It's ridiculous

I had a horrible experience here. I’m forever traumatized. I already filed a complaint which they will probably ignore. I have to to go to another er since they refused to help a couple days ago so now I’m wasting even more of my time. First they talked about sensitive information all throughout the wait lobby that’s gotta be a hippa violation. Also why did all of them know my business and putting me on blast.
