Very good service and great Doctors and staff
I made an appointment with Dr. Lui for an initial consult. No real issues there - it was a quick appointment she seemed pleasant and professional. The issues are with the back office beginning with being 'forgotten' in the exam room while my credit card was being processed - a cleaner finally came in saying they were told the room was empty. I should've exited from the moment the nurse entered my info into the computer and told me my visit would be very quick. I did an all over body check and it took under 3 minutes total. They never asked me if I was comfortable with a male student being there. I was expected to be ok with taking my gown off in front of him until they realized I wasn't going to unless he left. Horrible! front desk lady was rude. Talking to me with an attitude. And tried to get me to say my medical condition out loud, dr. Prescribed the wrong amount of medication. Asked for higher dosage, been waiting over 3 weeks for a response. Meanwhile condition getting worse. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Find a better clinic.
