Very nice
Their financial support desk is only open normal work hours until 4/4:30pm, what? So anyone who has a job has to take a day off just to go. Or you can only go if you're unemployed. Brilliant thinking. It makes so little sense my nurse said it would be open after my appointment even though it ended near 5pm. Even she didn't know! Also was $500 just to take my blood pressure. What a shining example of our health system.
