gave birth here and left my jacket on accident with my wallet in it that had my social and id and i told them that so now i have to potentially worry about someone having my identity, address, etc, and one of the staff members stole it and i was told they never had a jacket there and they transferred me to lost and found but the lost and found supposedly doesn’t accept jackets? if you’re gonna give birth here don’t bring jackets or personal belongings really cause it’ll be stolen.
My wife and I had our baby here. The staff in Labor and Delivery were so incredibly nice, warm, welcoming, professional, helpful, and kind. They continually checked on us and made my wife as comfortable as she could be. My wife is bilingual and her mother only work speaks get language. During the birth, they actually got someone who spoke my wife and her mother's language and made it that much more comfortable for both of them during the birth. I would highly recommend HCMC Labor and Delivery if you're having a child!
