I've had amazing service with staff, it's mainly been other patients and their negative attitudes. An emergency on your part doesn't mean an emergency on their part. Get here early.
Apparently the people that work at the allergy clinic at HCMC specialty have no idea how they affect the patients when they set up weekly vaccination appointments and the patient comes there, they inform the patient that they’re two days to too soon. They inferred that the patient created the appointment therefore creating discomfort for patient. There is no accountability from this clinic leaving some of us to question the service of this clinic.
