5 stars for WHITLEY! She is the real deal. My patient couldn’t get his medication refilled on a Friday afternoon. She HUSTLED and made quick connections within HH to expedite the process (shout out to the Fairview Riverside Pharmacy too btw). She saved a weekend of suffering for someone. Made my weekend! -1 star for quantity limits. Make it easier for providers to get exceptions figured out. Or just get out of the way :).
