5 stars for WHITLEY! She is the real deal. My patient couldn’t get his medication refilled on a Friday afternoon. She HUSTLED and made quick connections within HH to expedite the process (shout out to the Fairview Riverside Pharmacy too btw). She saved a weekend of suffering for someone. Made my weekend! -1 star for quantity limits. Make it easier for providers to get exceptions figured out. Or just get out of the way :).

I've been on Hennepin Health insurance for going on 4 months now. They don't seem to care that I need my medication as I have been waiting for almost 2 months for insurance approval. If I didn't need the medication for my extremely high blood pressure because of previous stroke, I could understand, but obviously it's needed. I'm not asking for the medicine because I want it.
