They will not answer a simple question of why they repeatedly refused my request to be taken anywhere other than VA. The lied on their records, lady chuckled when I asked for an explanation for the errors. Said someone would be following up. They never did.

While they arrived quickly, the two white male paramedics dismissed my history of anaphylaxis and symptoms of anaphylactic reaction and told me and my ER doctor that I had no symptoms of anaphylaxis and chalked it up to anxiety. I am incredibly disappointed in the substandard quality of care I received and the negative health outcomes that could have resulted from this interaction. If I had a choice with who showed up to my house, it would not be them again.
