Lived here for three years 21-24 and I could say this was a really good place. Management always took care of service requests within 24 hours and overall pretty good experience including the gym and the deck. However, the security could be better as there would be people just waking in thru the garage and up to the cars, or just walking behind once you scan the fob.

I have never had a maintenance request get deleted or ignored. Anytime we have something go wrong they are there within a day. Our dishwasher broke twice after they tried to fix it twice.. they ordered us a brand new one. A light in a closet stopped working.. it was replaced within a day. Many other things we have requested.. always answered. They replace our air filters it seems monthly. They clean the windows at least once a year. Pool and Hot Tub are cleaned twice weekly. Maintenance often deletes requests they don't feel like doing. My blinds broke (quite easily) and they ignored or cancelled my maintenance requests for months until I moved out, then charged me big money to fix them. Save yourself the headache
Maintenance takes a long time to show up, and closes work orders when they don’t feel like completing them. I had a wasp infestation that they ignored for a month - I ended up having to sleep with a towel covering the bottom gap on my bedroom door.
